Thank you for trusting The Growth Flywheel in your journey of becoming a Creatopreneur. Whatever TGF achieved this year wouldn’t have been possible without you.
Today is the last day of the year, and I want to reflect and share everything that happened this year.
I’ll keep it short because I want you to enjoy the last day of the year.
People stopped thinking
I started The Growth Flywheel back in February 2025 on Substack. My goal was simple: to help you become a better Creatopeneur.
The brand is backed by a podcast. And the newsletter and a community are a part of it.
Main issues
The main problem was the lack of a clear plan.
I started with a podcast, but later realised the brand also needed a newsletter. The issue was that The Growth Flywheel was originally built as a personal newsletter where I shared behind-the-scenes insights from my own business.
Over time, I wanted The Growth Flywheel to grow beyond that, so I decided to rebrand it into a branded newsletter.
However, after the rebrand, a bigger issue became clear: distribution.
I was only distributing content by sharing short clips from the podcast, and there was no real strategy behind it. Without a clear distribution plan, the content wasn’t reaching its full poten
Changes:
There’s no major change but to deliver deeper value and spend more time on the distribution side, I’m shifting to 1X per week.
Starting after January 10th, you’ll receive The Growth Flywheel once a week.
